- Personal data subject to collection : name, email address, message
- Purpose of collection and use: process inquiries and requests and provide information on service improvement and changes

■ Period of Retention and Use
- Article 6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the said act applies to the retention of the personal data.
- Consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
However, all personal data will be destroyed immediately upon request by its owner.

■ Personal Data Destruction Procedure and Method
- Procedure: personal data entered by users are destroyed after a specified retention period under the internal policies (refer to the Period of Retention and Use).
- Method: electronic files are deleted beyond recovery.

Users may refuse to accept these terms. However, in this case, their inquiries cannot be submitted.
